Hi everyone! My name is Delaney Roos and I am a health and coffee enthusiast. I am currently a senior at Penn State University. I am pursuing my major in Digital and Print Journalism and minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Throughout my college years, I have worked as a Barista at both Dunkin’ and Starbucks, where I have learned the ins and outs of the coffee business.
Not only did working part-time help me survive college, but if I’m being honest so did all the free coffee I got working as a barista.
Another fact about me: I suffer from many food allergies/sensitivities.
I won’t bore you with the list of food I’m allergic to, but my most severe allergy is nuts. For years, this has caused me to take trips to the emergency room for traces of nuts. I have had to adapt and learn how to live with these life threatening allergies.
Understanding the everyday threat and cautiousness people who require food accomodations is key.
Which is why I am passionate about Well-Bean!
My goal: to create a safe space for those individuals to reliably enjoy their favorite drink!
